Update: Pattern Now Available Here!

I designed this quilt for a special young man who graduated this year.  He told me that his dream was to live in a log cabin in Montana someday.

Sounds pretty dreamy to me~

So I made this quilt to travel with him on his journey towards his dream and perhaps one day this quilt might live in a cabin in Montana ~ but wherever this quilt travels it brings love and comfort with it, I know that for sure cuz I stuffed some in to the batting special for him.

You may recognize the fabric, Zen Chic Comma ~ I loved working with this!

I hope you like my design and take a moment to go check out all the quilts the first week of November…

There should be lots of eye candy!

I pieced and machine quilted this entire quilt on my Babylock BLQP.  I used so fine thread by superior and one layer of warm and natural batting.

Enjoy!

Head over and enter to win the Babylock Melody and don’t forget to vote @ Amy’s Creative Side.

This quilt is perfect for a log cabin in Montana! Such a very thoughtful gift. Heck, I live in a farmhouse in NY and I’d love this quilt for my house.

I Bought this pattern and made this lovely quilt. I do have a question. How did you quilt it? Did you do stitch in the ditch? Thanks

    1. Sherri

I ended up with an all over pattern on this quilt. Stitch in the ditch would be an excellent option too!
