It’s been almost a year since I finished my Dear Daughter Quilt but exciting things keep happening and I wanted to share more photos and info with you!
I now offer the pattern in PDF and Print. The PDF comes with ALL the alphabet templates so you can personalize the quilt plus the templates for the actual applique shown in the quilt sample. The Print Booklet has templates of the quilt applique shown in the sample (my quilt). All templates in PDF and Print are full size. Here are the links for the pattern:
Laser Cut Update:
This pattern uses a couple different approaches to applique. Last month I had an interview with Pat Sloan and I talked about offering laser cut applique option… The first company I checked into was far too expensive in my opinion so I’m still on the hunt to see if I can offer something reasonable. I will update you here if I find a suitable alternative. If you haven’t prepared fusible applique yourself, it’s quite easy and I have a little tutorial on prepping the letters to help you.
Throughout the Block of the Month I shared some tutorials ~ you can find them easily here:
Classes and Fabric Kits:
There are some shops running classes for the Dear Daughter Quilt and a couple are offering kits. You need to contact the shops direct and the kits are most likely limited.
