Hello Quilters…
I’m hosting a sew along for my Charlotte’s Web Quilt and today is Day 1 of the sew along. The pattern is now available in my shop as a PDF download:
I have always loved spider web quilts and I had a lightbulb moment while looking at the Bootiful halloween fabric left over from my CatBOOccino quilt… enter the Charlotte’s Web Quilt! I am enjoying every aspect of making this quilt. For me it’s super relaxing and meditative. This is an informal sew along for fun… I have been enjoying making a unit or two in the morning or evening… I hope you enjoy it too!!! Check out my intro video here:

DAY 1 ~ August 16 ~ Pattern Release
- Today is pattern release day and I will be reviewing the pattern so you can get ready to select your fabric!
Day 2 ~ August 19 ~ Fabric & Block Construction
- On Day 2 I will share a video on sewing the block units using the muslin foundation method.
Day 3 ~ August 23 ~ Quilt Top Finish & Facing Tutorial
- Day 3 will be about sharing my quilt top while also sharing a quilt facing tutorial (an alternative to traditional binding).
